All tutoring fees are paid one week in advance to ensure continuity of tuition.

Refunds will only be applicable under exceptional cirumstances.

 When a non-attendance is agreed in advance, then a "make up" session will be arranged at a mutually agreed time or money will be forwarded to the next week.
